The configuration script enables the vendor specific default profile definition without changing the content of profile 0. It is accomplished by executing a set of predefined configuration commands at system Initialization time. Commands are provided to enter the command script from the command line interface. The command script itself is just a collection of V-SERVER commands. The easiest way to edit and enter the command script is to create them in notepad and then do a copy and paste into the command line interface.
1) Command script starts with special command set ScRiPtStArT and end with special command set ScRiPtEnD.
2) Save profile 1 is not needed. The set ScRiPtEnD will automatically save the script for you. The script will run next time when you start the V-SERVER. Use “reset” to restart the server to start using the command.
3) The command scripts must start with a line "ScRiPt01”. It is "as designed" for no reason, I think.
4) Use command "get script" to display existing script.
5) Got to guarantee all the commands are 100% correct in spelling and syntax. One word or 1 line of error will cause the entire command script to fail.
6) get profile 0 will not clear the script. The only way to clear it is to enter an empty script between the "ScRiPtStArT" and the "ScRiPtEnD " command.

The speed dialing support is only for H.323 calls. We can configure up to 10 speed dial numbers.
To configure the speed-dial number, user can use keypad on on the phone connected to the FXS port or use commands from the console.
Configure Speed Dial Number from
the Keypad
*41<telephone
number>*<Cell number>#
Where <telephone number> is the destination phone number and the <Cell number> is the keypad key number, from 0 to 9.
Example: *41
3019167600 * 0 # will assign the 3019167600 to the key "".
*42<Cell
number>#
*43<Cell
number>#
To create a speed dial number of 3019167600. User can use the keypad of the phone to dial *413019167600*0#. The 0 after the * is the cell number. Replace 0 with other intended cell numbers.
To use this speed-dial number, user just needs to dial *430#.
To use speed-dial number other than cell 0, user just needs to dial *43<cell># (*431, *432, etc.)
To
delete this speed-dial number, user can just dial *420#
To change a
cell to another number, user just needs to use *41 commands with different
number for the intended cell. Or user can also delete a cell number with
this command *41*<cell># (this actually creates a blank number as a speed
dial number to that cell)
There will be an exclamation sound from the handset when user enters an incorrect command, and an "accepted" IVR, if the command is correct.
