How to Handle Firmware Download Error?

If errors occur at the beginning of the download or during the download or at the end of download (the error message may read "V-Server iGATE response error happened during download"), please do the following:

1. Check to see if you have an English version of Microsoft Windows. Windows other than English version known to cause download problem. Please use an English version of Windows.
2. Windows NT and Windows 2000 machine will not work properly with the Downloading Tool. Please use Windows 95/98 instead.
3. Click here for a solution if the V-Server fails to function normally after a failed attempt of updating the firmware.
4. Problem still persists, contact our technical support personnel.
